The Happiness & Positivity Initiative “HAPI” is a pragmatic implementation of the quadruple helix; it consists of 4 key dimensions: Universities and scientific and research arm, Societies and protocol developers, Industry and business professionals as well as society members and community developers. We aim to drive positive change in the world of experience economy through our scientific, yet pragmatic approach.

- Our average Net Promoter Index for all the programs delivered to all customers is 82. We aim to sustain that great level and target 90 NPS in 2020 and beyond.
- In every organization we worked with, we have inspired, supported and coached great leaders and staff. We aim to leave a mark that is sustained, developed and appreciated.
- Our clients and partners love us! and we love them too! We have an average bookings of 3 days per week across the year. We are grateful to our clients and take this as a huge responsibility to continuously deliver up, or higher than expectations.
